Roe is easy going and a pleasure to be around. She brings experience, knowledge and expertise in senior fitness and is up to the challenge of helping all clients achieve their fitness goals.

Born in Norristown but recently moved to State College from the Kutztown area to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. Roe earned an Associate’s Degree from Reading Area Community College in General Studies and Humanities.

Roe has been involved in fitness since the ‘80’s aerobic scene. After many years of group exercise instruction became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise) in 2004, attaining a Senior Fitness Specialist through ACE in 2015.
